At Valet Waste Pro, we offer a variety of services to meet all of your requirements, wants, and needs. Our goal is to become your one stop shop. Listed below are our package options and what they include. 

      THE ESSENTIAL :

  • 5 Night per week waste removal of all units.​​

  • Nightly recap email including the following:

  • Units that had extra bags.

  • Units that had non bagged loose waste.

  • Units that have concrete stains due to waste not placed in can.

  • Units that have broken glass.​

      THE PREMIUM :

  • Includes all of The Essential package plus the following:​

  • Flyer Distribution to every unit.

  • Pool Furniture resets.

  • Common Area waste removal. 

  • All complex exterior resident and property Light Audits. 

WHAT SEPERATES US

 

  • Breezeway Blowing - Have you given a tour recently and been embarrassed while walking a potential client through the breezeway and it was filled with waste, leaves, pine straw, etc?

        (Additional Fee)

  • Common Area Collection - Is your maintenance staff pressed for time? Are you able to clean up the pool, tennis court, grill, dog park, and playground areas daily? (Additional Fee)

  • Flyer Distribution - This is a BIG ONE. Do you have an event coming up that needs distributed to every door and your staff does not have the time? We can do this for you while we service your communities Valet Waste.

  • Light Audits - If you do not have a night security guard that monitors the complex we can report any light outages on any buildings or parking lots by reporting them with a direct email the following morning. 

  • Pool Furniture Reset - Contact us and we can reset your pool furniture at any point. 

  • Light Cleaning - How many of your building lights are surrounded or covered in filth and spider webs? How many of your tenants carry this disgust with you on their shoulders but simply don't take the time to call it in? We will help you stay ahead of this. (Additional Fee)

  • Trash-Out Services Following a Vacancy - We can remove left over waste after a move out to speed up your re-rental process. Contact us for a specific date. (Additional Fee)
